im a man of my word. now stop padding your post count! :p
What
you talking
about?
Can anyone explain why the hell the fins agreed to trade Marshall for 2 3th round picks (because that was the price right)?!??!?!?!?!
:laugh2:
hmmm. to ban or not to ban. that is the question.
Assume you mean Chicago. But still the guy imo is one of the best WR's in the league and even if Marshall would be suspended (which will not be happening of course) for the first 5 weeks still the Bears are bi-winning and the 'fins are bi-losing with this trade...
He's got the frame and talent to be one of the best, but he needs someone who can actually throw to him to succeed, unlike the true elite WRs who thrive with nearly anyone. Good for the Bears because Cutler has experience with Marshall and they needed a WR. Good for the Dolphins because Peyton didn't want to play with Marshall and now they have that opening for Peyton plus the money in cap space to help pay Peyton. Dolphins have Bush, Bess, Hartline, and Fasano to catch passes from Peyton with possibly a draft pick. Peyton will make any and all of those guys products of his system so I don't think they're worried. If the Dolphins lose the Peyton race, expect them to be picking in the Top 5 next year.
Theres so much wrong with this post.
Fitz 2011
80 catches, 1411 yards, 8 TDs
Marshall 2011
81 catches, 1214 yards, 6 TDs
All WRs are completely dependent on their QB. The talent level of the QB affects how well a WR does, obviously, but 'elite' WRs don't exactly thrive with scrubs throwing them the ball.
And Peyton Manning liked the idea of playing with Brandon Marshall
.Sean. is busting out stats......what is this world coming to?
Ugh....get that guy out of our division already.Quote:
