Michigan winning helps ND a little with the computers. They are now ranked and Sagarin has them at 21 in his BCS rankings.

oregon state losing to stanford ahs to help to, since that means oreogns best win in a undefeated situaiton is someone ND beat that is not NDs best win.

Davaris Daniels going down I think hurts. He had 7 catches against Pitt some that were key in ND pulling that game out. Hopefully Chris Brown or Goodman can step up in his absence. But it would have been nice having him for SC.

lets see if stanford can help us twice thsi weekend. once for knocking out oregon and once for improving our SOS

Our SOS is pretty meaningless at this point. Oregon or K-State lose and we're in, they don't lose and we're stuck playing a crappy rose bowl vs. Nebraska.

I think once Oregon is done for the season, their schedule will be pretty good and likely better than ND...right now? ND schedule is better than either

I think KSU should be punished in the voters eyes for canceling the game they had scheduled with Oregon this year. If ND had done something like that the media would talk about it non stop but for some reason KSU gets a pass.

38-0...needed a convincing win...and, technically, USC losing should make Oregon look worse (that will hurt ND after next week)...but, oregon should get a few less points this week in the BCS standings....especially if Stanford gives them a game...

KSU and Oregon both struggling tonight :win:
