Many. High GI carbs are really only good for you in limited amounts post workout/training session when you want an insulin spike to shuttle nutrients into your muscle tissue. 75 grams is way to many.

It's terrible. The high sugar is what bulks you up and I got fat off of it.

I was skinny and trying to gain mass so the only cardio I did was when I played basketball 1-2 times a week (which is plenty). The supplement is crap IMO.
There are plenty of good creatine products that you should look into. Green Bulge/Green Mag by Controlled Labs was my favorite. Gained size/strength and no water retention. Now I am trying Prolab Creatine Monohydrate which is more bang for your buck. Make sure you drink 1-2 gallons of water everyday.
