I fluctuate with my goals. I mainly try to put on mass but if I see my belly is gaining mass as well, then I switch to a light weight routine with alot of reps to trim the fat.
I want to get up to about 225 of solid mass. At my biggest point I was 218 which was about 3 years ago. My body started rejecting the weight at that point so rather than fight the inevitable, I just gave in and ended up dropping to about 190.
I am a power lifter and believe in the big Three! My favorite exercises are:
Incline Bench press
Standing Military Presses
I train 3-4 times a week depending on my work/life schedule. I also play Softball twice a week and Football once a week.

Latissimus Dorsi - pullups (30 reps)
Rectus Abdominis - planks(5 minutes)/bowed leg set ups(30 slow controlled reps)
Obliques - russian twist (30 slow controlled reps)
Pectoralis Major - Pushups (88 reps)
Anterior Deltoid - Arnold Press (12 reps x 40lbs)
Lateral Deltoid - Cable Lateral Raise (12 reps x 80% of max)
Posterior Deltoid - Barbell Rear Delt Raise (12 reps x 80% of max)

I was a slob before doing P90x for the first time and then i got in really good shape. Ive been sidelined for a bit cause im lazy but ive been doing Insanity on and off. Im probably gonna get started with the P90X/Insanity hybrid next week after my break is up.

Fitness History: I've been out of shape for a long time. I've always been skinny and even at 195 lbs, I still look pretty skinny. I quit smoking two years ago and started getting serious about working out in November 09.
Goals: Main goal right now is to add muscle mass. Once I'm happy with the amount of size I put on, I'll focus more on cardio and maybe do P90x -- probably next winter. Would love to do a triathlon some day (half ironman).
Favorite exercise: The basics... bench, incline bench, squats, dips, and high cable curls.
My name is Curtis, Im 6'2 1/2-6'3 210 right now. My main goal is to get back up to my weight of 225-230. I lost a lot due to a sickness during my football season. I play football in college so my training is probably different than many of yours.
My routines usually follow this:
Monday: Upper Body
Tuesday: Lower Body
Wednesday: Heavy Running
Thursday: Upper Body
Friday: Lower Body
Also, on either wednesday or thursday I run at 6:30 in the morning or play an hour of basketball. My "big three" consists of squats, cleans and bench.
Main goal is get my weight back up. I still need to put on another 15 pounds or so and thats what Im looking to do.
I thought your favorite was the Jammer? :p

Haha. It is my favorite. I just mentioned that the bench was in my big three. For my workout, I always superset, and on Friday's I superset cleans with 30 seconds of the jammer. Never felt a burn like that in my life lol.

Background: I weighed 240 a year ago, so I have lost 28 lbs since then. I did that with a lot of elliptical machine. Now I want to drop my weight a little more and reduce my bf%. My bf% is around 30 right now and I would love to get it down to 20.
Lately, I have been doing circuit training as my main workout. I've been doing bicep curls, lateral shoulder raises, tri kickbacks, bent over rows, push ups, squats, and lunges with a 45 second cardio move in between each. I've been using jumping jacks for this. One time through takes about 12 minutes and I do two circuits 3-4 times per week.
