Background: I weighed 240 a year ago, so I have lost 28 lbs since then. I did that with a lot of elliptical machine. Now I want to drop my weight a little more and reduce my bf%. My bf% is around 30 right now and I would love to get it down to 20.
Lately, I have been doing circuit training as my main workout. I've been doing bicep curls, lateral shoulder raises, tri kickbacks, bent over rows, push ups, squats, and lunges with a 45 second cardio move in between each. I've been using jumping jacks for this. One time through takes about 12 minutes and I do two circuits 3-4 times per week.
