Its a good idea actually. If there were no requirement, advertisers would be comming in here with sigs constantly. As it is now, they won't bother posting 100 times with an account just to advertise.

I doubt you can "turn off sigs"...And cubfan23, it depends on what you want your sig about. I've seen some sights with sigs, but I make my own sigs.

^ see that is annoying as hell. i don't mind seeing it once or twice but seeing that everytime you post is unnecessary. how do i turn off pictures in sigs?

yeah click User CP on the upper left of this page. then hit Edit Options and about half way down the page there will be a check mark by signatures and avators. just click it so you won't be able to see them anymore.
