NFL and CFL merge?

The talent in the CFL is nowhere near close to the talent in the NFL.

The NFL should try to get an expansion team in Canada though...

well the cfl can also pick up nfl players to ans so on
just 1 team?

im thinking toronto and bc and edmonton
those 3 is where the games are alwayz sold out

First, I don't really care about the NFL. A lot of Canadians think the same way which is why CFL games draw double the viewers of NFL games in Canada.

Also if the NFL did come to Canada and the CFL folded there would be a huge drop in interest in football. Canadian players in a pro league from their hometown creates role models for kids to look up to and emulate. Why do you think Canada keeps producing so many hockey players.

yeah that is true.
but football isnt to big in canada.
hockey is clearly way bigger.
if they merged then maybe football can have a bigger image for canadians.

and cfl has different rules

Football would be 2nd in Canada behind hockey. There were about 4 mil who wathed the Grey Cup last year which is better than what the Stanley Cup got this year with a Canadian team in it.

And as for merging the NFL would never accept CFL teams in a merge. There are only two cities the NFL would consider going into anyways.

Its not just BC that gets good ratings in the Grey Cup, they have been going up steadinly for years, with or without the Lions in the final.

And yes the two cities would be Toronto and Vancouver.
