i think i can do that go check the one i just posted
My source just said the Lions are having "talks" with the Raiders...
My source says they were working on getting a contract done with a player they brought in. I said, Oh yeah everyone is working on a contract. My source said The Lions and this guy will get a deal done....
I've been in GreenBay for last week, then in Chicago for the weekend, sorry I didn't respond sooner.
Sorry I didn't answer your first question/statement.....
Every team in the NFL was interested in Haynesworth, but when the money part came up there were about 3 teams that were offering MUCHO GRANDE MONEY, so all the other teams backed off. for 41 million guaranteed and with them just signing Stafford for 41 mil., the Lions were out of the mix from the start.
something's up with the source. He will not answer his phone or text. I believe he know sometihing is going to happen and has been given the gag order!!!!!
This guy is no joke, he as I've stated before told me about Grady Jackson 3-4 weeks before it was on the wire/news and he told me the Lions were going to get big baby's brother in a trade.....whalla, our new DT showed up a week and 2 days later. He then told me we were not done and getting CB(S). Bamn 2 of them. Now here is where it gets fishy.....He said for the first time teams are giving/offering TRUE value for CJ and the Lions are listening to offers.....Next conversation he mentions Haynesworth weeks before the press does and says he is on the block, next week plus ,we find out Haynesworth was offered straight up for McNabb......Who would have thought. My last conversation with him he states not to be suprised if we se Detroit in an NBA trade like atmosphere. Now the news is talking about multiple player trades and money moving poss. just like the NBA......Too many coincidences? this source is a VP of a good NFL football team. It almost seems like many of these teams and front offices work like a click, or private club, and Mayhew is in it now. Lastly, has stated the Lions would be interested in Haynesworth and are pursuing him through different channels. The only thing he has said that is weird is the "true value" for Cj and the fact many teams are inquiring about him.....he has hinted at the Lions trading down in the draft, because they do not want the #2 pick and that there are 2 firm offers on the lions lap, that he knows about. Because I can't get in touch with this guy really makes me wonder If his team is up to something or if the Lions are about to do something. Either way he has hinted to the Lions not being done.........For what its worth, sorry I don't have more. Oh, he also said the Redskins will want Hill in any trade with Haynesworth.
Now the Lions will not have to trade Hill, but my source says that is what the Redskins are looking for. Low money, and a Large NT. for their 3-4
Denver old coach is an ALPHA MALE..... He and Haynesworth can not co-exist. my source says the Lions want him like none other, but they'll have to part with Hill or give away a nice package to get him and another pick. Origional offer was close to this. Haynesworth, flipping 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounders with Detriot, with detroit getting a 4th or 5th from Washington. Also, Detroit need to come with some cash too. There is about a 65% chance he comes here.
