Oh yeah, right now, I agree. But a) the game isn't played on paper and b) the offseason isn't even finished yet. And yet already there's so many people willing to hand Denver the AFC Crown again. They should be the faves cause they won last year but what happens if Peyton gets injured? You just don't know what'll happen in the season. That's why they play the games. It's also why there haven't been any repeat Super Bowl appearances since the Pats. It's just so hard to get there back to back years. And I don't think people understand how much luck is involved. On the one hand, I understand the need to go all-in for Brady's end but on the other hand, I think BB had a great roster put together for last year (including expecting Hernandez not to be a serial killer) and yet injuries completely killed the season. So there's just no way to know. Look at 08- coming off an undefeated RS & SB appearance & the Pats looking an even bigger juggernaut than Denver and Brady goes down game 1.
I'm talking about the new guys that are there for today, who let's be honest are only in there to complain or troll or complain and troll. I mean honestly, that person creates an account the day after Talib signs somewhere else, definitely signing up to just complain and not contribute.
I do agree with you though. For the most part, a lot of the new guys have been pretty good.
Oh god, I think I might have to leave the forum then. Think from now on I'm just going to try to respond to the posters I know. Too many newbs in here that look like they might be trolling.
Ugh, I need to get out of the Pats forum, there's too many idiots there.
Don't kid yourself. The NFL could seriously see a bump, one that matters, in revenue over the next couple years if more gays started watching over Sam and others that might come out.
One individual team that deals with it or people on that team might not like it, but the league is drooling as a whole.
Almost everyone defending him has an NBA avatar and or sig.
natepro being natepro. Then bc Shermans other 2 interviews were normal somehow that makes it okay.
Got an interesting question for you which I took some heat for saying in the NFL Forum and prolly exaggerated a bit but most of the NFL Forum just expects the Pats to be here every year and so the coaching job of Belichick gets lost on most people. I honestly bet half the main forum couldn't name like 2-3 players on the Pats outside of Brady. But yeah anyways, made a comment in the NFL Forum that most coaches in the league couldn't win 5 games with this roster (the one being trot out for the AFCCG/divisional round). I admitted I exaggerated but I honestly don't think a ton of coaches could win more than 7 when you consider how sound we are situationally and honestly, how young/not talented we are at some positions. But yeah, how many wins does the 2nd best coach get out of this roster? And how many wins do most coaches get? I was thinking the Saints went 7-9 last year without their HC and yet that Saints team had more offensive talent than us
I know. I dont understand the gross oversight on the side of the PSD overlords in not having come to this conclusion themselves.
Lol not me though I think I would be a good one.
