I got an open box Mac mini from Best Buy and got myself a dual monitor setup. It's pretty nice. I think I can officially call myself an Apple fanboy. Desktop + laptop + Apple TV + iPad + iPhone = Super fanboy.

I'm just glad that you used proper grammar.
During the winter I cook my steaks indoors in the broiler so I sear them on the skillet at a high temperature before cooking. But other than that I follow what he said pretty well. Though I like my steak somewhere between medium and medium-well, which is an afront to most steak aficionadoes.
