I got a infraction.
I understand that your body uses muscle for energy while you are sleeping. The best way to keep your body from attacking muscles is taking Casein Protein before you goto bed. This is a good idea assuming you are trying to put on mass. Clearly this wont stop it using your muscles considering the time you sleep.
I'm not saying Rip needs to look like a body builder, but adding 5 lbs wouldnt hurt. I also understand that adding muscle is probably difficult for Rip due to the cardio he has to do to stay in shape. But everything I'ver heard is he refuses to step in a weight room, which is stupid. If you have heard anything different please let me know and my opinion will change.
