DeSean isn't going to make you go from playoff team to bottom five team. Foles? They still have holes on the OL (except for LT) and defense (except for a couple pieces). Plus RGIII's health.
RGIII's deep ball with DeSean should be efficient.
D-Jax to Washington. I bet they slide in at #10 for offenses next year. A healthy RGIII, D-Jax, Garcon, Jordan Reed (who looks like an absolute stud), Alfred Morris, an improved OL (I'd assume after the draft) and Jay Gruden, an offensive mind who should help them tremendously.
My point is, he was overpaid, something your Eagles didn't want to do (overpay for him). At that point, the slightest thing could have him cut.
There's also coaches like Jim Harbaugh who pick it up right away and become top coaches.
I still think Ryan is a good coach. Very underrated. The talent he has to work with and still being able to have the Jets be a 7-8 win team is impressive. Mike Smith I agree with.
Khalil Mack is my favorite player in this draft.
Pretty much everything sucks, how have you been?
I think the thing I'd be most concerned about is his own teammates applauding the move. I understand he's your favorite player, but he was paid a bunch and wasn't even top ten at his position. Chip Kelly can do wonders, don't jump off now. It's funny you mention Belichick, though. People always say the Patriots are next man up, and they always produce. I feel that's what a Chip Kelly offense can do.
Whoa, whoa. Chill. Chip Kelly is the reason you guys are going to have such a fast turnaround. He's an offensive guru and can honestly make anyone good on offense. DeSean was paid, a lot. That alone was tough to deal with. When you bring in other rumors like he wants to hold out and is possibly with gangs? It's understandable, even though it sucks. After Hernandez, I find it unlikely that teams will take many chances. And for the record, I live in and NE and Hernandez was very, very, one of the most active players doing good for the community.
I love Matthews as a player. Probably my favorite WR (not the best, just my favorite) in this draft. He's more of a football player than just pure skill/athleticism. He's the definition of a "football player". Works for it.
I know you must be pissed, but he had to go. Gang relations? Sounds like Hernandez. When his teammates are happy, and applauding on Twitter, you know he was a problem. Even though you must be even more pissed about turning down a 2nd round pick for him, much respect goes out to your FO for not dumping him on another team. Where do you think you draft a WR? Like what round? Assuming you do.
I just went and read the Boston vs Toronto playoff thread from last year. Priceless.
i havent touched ncaa.
WOW. Probably my worst bracket yet, yikes.
Are you stressing about D-Jax? I thought I saw someone say (don't quote me) that D-Jax asked for another raise and was willing to hold out. If that's the case, he has to go. If not, I see no reason to trade him. You'd just be creating more holes and he's perfect for your offense. You'd still have a respectable offense but only because of McCoy and Chip. You have a chance to have a very good offense with Foles, McCoy, DeSean and Chip. Add in a very solid OL, Sproles (who I think is pretty meh but brings a different weapon to the table) and the emergence of Ertz (). You didn't even have Maclin who's a solid weapon (but not to be mistaken as a #1).
I hope he goes to Carolina.
I'm gonna get you...
