Anyway you could write me out a detailed 5 day split. Looking to get back into lifting, and i always end up doing the same old **** so i figured i would ask someone to make one for me so i end up switching it up some. I will still be running nearly daily, so while legs need to be done..id rather not kill them multiple times a week. Size and strength gains would be nice, but ideally i just want to keep my BF% low. Id really appreciate it. Have access to pretty much any kind of equipment you could imagine and would like to keep it to around 50-60 minutes per workout.
