Getting franchised kindda sucks for the player in question becuase it keeps that player from making more money but I would love it as the Hawks right about now LOL. It would help smaller franchises like the ones you mentioned be more competative but it's not like baseball, every team has the same amount of $$$ to deal with. I'd like to see some of the struggling franchises either moved to more traditional markets like cities in Canada or contracted all together, then the cap could go up significantly for the league due to the increased revinue. But I also want the instigator to go away and that isn't going to happen any time soon LOL
