yea its a book, its about everything he talks about when hes a kid all the way up to his packer days. he talks about behind the scenes stuff like how he didnt like the old eagles owner and he does talk about god to. far as the stronger not fatter im sure everyone agrees with that lol the key is just to really watch ur diet and make sure you get ur protein. before you eat make sure you look at the back of the label of all the stuff. If ur at a resturant sometimes they have a protein menu..if not look at all there low fat stuff and select one that has chicken on it. Subway's ovenroasted chicken breast is also amazing. Beef jerky is shockingly good. But im also a big drink guy Myoplex has some not so taste but amazing good for you ones...use it as a meal replacement if you drink one dont eat for another 3hrs
is that book? whats it about? everything ? or god? football? and i wanna get stronger but not fatter, like lean muscle like julius peppers you know?

thanks alot bud, yeah i always loved to play End but everyone always told me im to short. so im trying my hardest to prove everyone wrong, so i gottawork on speed and strength.
oh right on, im trying to play university ball in canada, right now im playing junior college. i play Rush End and sometiems OLB, but im to small im barely 6'2 and 225. so igotta hit the weights alot harder, you got any good workout plans?
