Yeah they usually are because Fenway is a lot smaller and tickets are so hard to find. Also boston has a history of being 'slightly' better than the Cubs. Basically Cubs and Red Sox are all I do for baseball, then Hawkeyes and Bowl Games for college football. NFL I don't get into because a lot of the teams are season-tickets only, so they don't even sell tickets to the public. I try for Bears tickets, but they sell out within minutes. So it's all about getting lucky.

Mainly because the Cubs suck. If they were winning, fans would spend money. Fans are still going to the game....as you know, Wrigley will still be full. But they're just not willing to spend a lot of money on a ticket. So instead of going to a weekend game, they're deciding to spend the money on a cheap Monday-Thursday afternoon game
Same thing with Boston. They're raping me this year. Luckily, they're starting to win again. But the first 2 months were horrible. I had to give 2 tickets away for free....and the RedSox currently hold the consecutive sell-out streak

Oh well, that's life. Next time you goto Chi Town, just let me know and I'll give you a great deal on tickets

Previous years yes....but this year I am struggling. I'm still coming out ahead, but nothing CLOSE to last year or 2 years ago. I mean...you can get a ticket for a weekend game at Wrigley for like 10 bucks higher than face. Previous years, it would cost you over $100 for a Saturday Cubs/Cards or Cubs/Sox game. Sure the **** not this year

Pretty pathetic. I used to enjoy watching games that started at 11:30 a.m....but I don't even think I'm going to bother to set my alarm.
Sadly, I STILL might end up going to Milwaukee on Wednesday to catch a game
