I figured out why conservatives tend to hate welfare more than liberals.
It looks like states run by conservatives tend to make far more overpayments than liberal states.
Stephen Colbert just made a great joke (since I don't think you watch his show I'm not worried about the spoiler.
He had a clip of Mitt Romney and his "running mate" and put up a picture of Mitt and Fox News' logo.
I haven't read the article yet, and may have to wait until tomorrow to do so, but I thought you would appreciate this article.
My favorite paragraph and quite frankly one I would like to see Obama "borrow":
These economic royalists complain that we seek to overthrow the institutions of America. What they really complain of is that we seek to take away their power. Our allegiance to American institutions requires the overthrow of this kind of power. In vain they seek to hide behind the flag and the Constitution. In their blindness they forget what the flag and the Constitution stand for. Now, as always, they stand for democracy, not tyranny; for freedom, not subjection; and against a dictatorship by mob rule and the over-privileged alike.
It's pretty tough to be original, a lot of great things and ideas have been used already.

Would it be wrong of me to tell Chuck that Reagan stole the rendezvous with destiny line from somewhere else.
not bad chief, I like it...
I found a new quote today that might just be one of my favorites. It speaks quite well to the thread that I have been posting in. It goes as follows: "Problems cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them".
