I do not know enough about the company because I haven't researched it enough to invest. But from the little I did it doesn't appear in any danger of failing or what not. It also to me doesn't seem like a ponzi scheme. But regardless I wouldn't get in the middle of 2 billionaires trying to decide the fate of a company. I just found the whole saga fascinating.

The question I have and will probably never know the answer too, if Ackman was a small time investor would he be making the short call when he doesn't have the platform to make a claim that it's a ponzi scheme.

That's my thing. He still can recruit even though some recruits are leaving but thats' to be expected when you have a less than expected year. His dad I just don't think is cut out for college. Plus Kiffen was given a pretty bad hand at the start with all the scholorships lost bowl bans etc. He's going to have depth issues next year too. I personally don't think you can blame him for all the problems. I think they should give him at least another year to try and right the ship.

Well I have reached the point of being tired with it. There are few things that annoy me more than hypocrisy, which is why I created the thread. And he has taken it to an unfortunate level.

It seems you getting into the same issues that I am, you in the NY Post thread and I in the NRA thread, with the same user. I don't often write people off but I am going to be ignoring that one and moving on to things that are less frustrating...like pulling out my fingernails.

Wow after 10 years of USC being the team to beat going into ND USC it sure feels great for it to finally reverse. I tell you what this will be a great game.
