I just logged on and the Eli thread got closed, so I couldn't respond to your link. That poll is from a thread that was started almost 2 years ago. For the last year, the vast majority of people have said that Eli is very good but not elite. That's the opposite of fickle.

For starters, you can post on my message board. I didn't realize you even posted this until now.

I didn't say you said that Eli was the best either, I said you could have that opinion. This is where you make people angry. You twisted my words around. I said "If you believe that Eli is the best quarterback in the league, you're entitled to that opinion." You took that as me saying "You think Eli is the best quarterback in the league". I know you don't think that. But with your constant defense of him, can you see where people would think that? If you just eased up on the insults and Eli defense, people wouldn't dislike you.

And I do agree, there are TONS of morons on here. But some of the guys you've called out are not. If someone doesn't believe that Eli Manning is an elite quarterback, they're not wrong. Just like you're not wrong for believing he is. It's all opinion. Don't get all bunched up about it. Just respond to posts, no need to insult people.

1. The PM is necessary IMO and that's why it's there. Hijacking the board is obnoxious and only serves those who struggle to follow along and connect the simple dots.

2. This is where I will never follow you. Find me where I said Eli was the best.

3. People can't read on this site and most certainly are idiots. They just don't recognize it b/c they all think a like.

1. You don't need to hide in the darkness of private messages, make what you say public. There are very few instances in which a private message is necessary.

2. I agree with what you said. Just know that the only reason I have ever had any issue with you is your lack of consistency with claims and your insults to intelligence. If you believe that Eli is the best quarterback in the league, you're entitled to that opinion. But don't be surprised when people disagree and want more than just "he's won two superbowl MVP's". They're not idiots for disagreeing with you.

I sincerely apologize for my childish remarks in the past. Now please, get on with the discussion and please stop bringing it up.
