Ill prolly be in philly for like 2-3 hours on the way to atlantic city

Going there the end of the month and probably going to stop by at that premium outlet mall you guys have downtown unless you can tell me a better place with better deals on good clothes.

Also which street do I get of at and where do I park cheaply just to walk around and take pics of Eagles stadium, the phillies and flyers stadium etc..
