I think this is way more legitimate than some cases that I've seen where the plaintiff prevailed.
That's the same way I felt as well. Of course, the ignorant masses were like "OMG LADY DUMB BAD PARENT LOLZ."
Take a look at this when you get a chance and let me know, Mr. law man. I think this lady has a fairly decent case, but maybe someone educated with a competent argument can convince me otherwise.
I'm just surprised that Supreme Court Justices are explicitly forbidden. I don't see anything about Federal and Lower Court judges though...
Damn, I have to take a Legal Environment of Business class during the summer and apparently:
"Collaboration with anyone, including but not limited to classmates, other MBA students, co-workers, family members, lawyers, and/or Supreme Court justices is strictly prohibited and a violation of the Honor Code."
I wish he did some Chicago ones...
Ironically, BMD and I have been talking about that very thing in PM's. It's kind of amazing they even have the balls to do that in public.
