Sorry been laying in bed sleeping all day, sick. Honestly, in the many months a ran UD2, I really found the sugar types to be not much of a difference. I tried them all but I prefer gummy type candies for pwo during carb up just due to their taste. I really doubt that you will notice a difference to be honest. I would say that as I was getting lower in bf% I think those smaller things would make a difference. I was probably as low as 5%, at which point I think you would need to start doing the little things.
Do you think energy drinks are a good substitute for dextrose? I'm currently doing UD 2.0.
