Damn.
I agree he's likely coached his last game for the Grizz. Wonder what the "major philosophical differences" refer too. I mean we could all guess that some of it may have to do with the FOs focus on analytics versus Hollins seeming disdain for that mode of thought. After the Hollinger hire and the impending Rudy Gay trade Hollins stated:
"Analytics has a place. It can't be the be-all, end-all. I'm still trying to figure out when the Oakland Athletics won a championship with all the analytics they have."

All in all this sucks. Hollins is as much a part of our team DNA as Tony Allen. Maybe I'm crazy, but when you have the best season you've ever had, you keep the coach that helped build what it took to get you there. We'll see what happens, but I have a bad feeling...

I've heard Dave Joeger is the #1 option if Hollins is gone. I hope this is true, although I'd love to keep Hollins
