Personally I don't like fried eggs, and hard-boiled are too dry. LOVE me some soft-boiled eggs though with the center creamy and a little runny. Plus no plate so thats a plus.

I think over-easy is probably my favorite. A little S&P and some hot sauce, and I'm good to go.

...and as I get my fat *** back in shape and try to get back into bodybuilding on a college budget, I have a feeling I'm going to be eating a lot of that **** :laugh2:

Omlets with chorizo, pepper jack, and jalepenos. muy bueno.

Fried eggs i like over medium. Hard boiled eggs I only eat because of convenience, I don't really like them.

Scrambled with some hot sauce is also an acceptable option.

I've never eaten a soft boiled egg, but one of my roommates in college ate the **** out of them. They seem nasty to me.

I prefer my eggs any way.

Scrambled w/cheese/veg, Omelette, over easy, sunny-side up, hard-boiled, etc.

Prefer a nice omelette w/Mozzarella/tomato/seasonings any day of the week.

I hate 'Chopped Eggy.' I don't go near the stuff. Cold eggs are plain nasty (hard-boiled being an exception for whatever reason). I threw up in my mouth thinking of an Eggy Sandwich.

^No kidding.

I don't mind maple syrup on scrambled eggs, but just use hot sauce so you don't start to think you're a degenerate.

Ketchup is normal on eggs.

It's the nice tangy taste of the ketchup that goes well with the slightly bland eggs.
You only put ketchup if: You want plain eggs, or you screwed up the eggs so bad that only ketchup masks the failure.

Maple Syrup on the other hand... interesting, but not normal.

Ketchup doesn't belong on anything.

And no, ketchup is not normal on eggs. The first time I saw someone do that was in college (no joke). But, he was a philosophy major, so there was obviously something wrong with him, anyway.

Over-easy or fried. HBEs are decent from time to time. Omelettes on occasions are nice.

I don't know debo, a lot of people put ketchup on their eggs.

I'm very particular about it, I only have ketchup on my Plain(well s&p and cheese) scrambled eggs I can't eat ketchup with eggs on toast though, I think the toast + ketchup is odd. Actually only eat ketchup on potatoes and with my scrambled eggs.

Runny yoke with toast/biscuit with Bernaise sauce is extraordinary.

I tend to make a 4 egg omelette, with shredded cheddar, sliced chicken, black pepper, and a little milk to fluff it up. Put some roasted salsa on it when its done.

Usually over easy however my fav. is soft boiled eggs.

I usually pan cook some potatoes to light brown with some pepper, salt, and minced onions and then soft boil a couple eggs then crack them over the top with 10-15 slices of bacon.

That's usually all that is in the package or left over.

I love just folding up a piece of white bread toast soaked in butter and stuffed with the eggs, potatoes, and bacon.

And almost forgot I smoother it with Cholula.

It wasn't as disgusting as it sounds.

It happens.

There was an old guy at the local well I used to go too who swore peanut butter and mayonnaise was good.

He admits this happened cause he had no jelly and was wasted.

Start with making some home fries with sauteed peppers and onions. Add some bacon, and top with a couple of over easy eggs.

Crack open the yolk, and enjoy nature's gravy at work.

When I was younger, my aunt would feed me mayo/jelly sandwiches. I would be crying swallowing that down my throat.

Yes. So good with a ramen soup.

Also, there is another sriacha product. It's a chili paste in a jar, not the bottle. It's so damn good with ramen soups, cause its spicier.

Bull ****ing ****!

I'm not a big fan of Franks but you can do so much with that flavor. My buddy roasts a chicken in the oven smothered in that stuff. And it's great for sauces in general, like on burgers.

I like real hot sauces over Franks, but Franks can be used in a variety of ways.

Then again I'm from Western NY and every pretty much puts that on everything. But I usually go for the standard hot sauces. I like Tabasco more, in general.

no the yolk is more runnnnny.

Over easy is litearlly flipped to get the goo to not be goo. quicklike flip

Sunny side up is un flipped usually with goo, I steam the top if I don't flip. Tiny bit of water put a lid on for like 10-15 seconds top is perfect and errything.

Deviled eggs are nice.

Too much work, though (for a lazy person).

Boil egg. Crack it perfectly. Cut in half. Mash yolk. Season it. Replace yolk mix in egg white 'shell'.

Only makes sense if you make a bunch. Plus, too many dishes to wash.

She also makes an amazing Oysters Rockefeller every Christmas Eve that I look forward to from Christmas day on.
