Not many traditions in my family, but every Xmas Eve growing up my mom would make an amazing lasgna. Back home for the first time in 2 years and we had an early xmas eve celebration(family will be out of town later). Sooooo damn good.

My step dad is an Italian chef so we're doing the fishes thing on Monday.

How about you guys?

A crown pork roast with a thyme, sage, rosemary, orange zest, and garlic rub. I am letting it sit in the rub over night.

I am also doing a beef roast, but that will just have salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

Roasted rosemary potatoes and baked asparagus with feta cheese for the sides.

Lamb on Monday w/ a ton of sides.

Honey Baked Ham on Tuesday with a Fireball glaze. ****ing amazing, and got hammered off that Cinnamon whiskey.

Tahoe Brunch on Thursday morning. Best damn brunch ill ever have.

Pot Roast on Friday, and got drunk off so much Pinot Noir. My uncle gave me 4 bottles of it, and I'm probably going to be hooked on that ****. Not ****ing around, Pinot made the Pot Roast even better with the pair.
