Some beer tastes good, but more often than not, you're not drinking it because it tastes good. Although I will rarely drink beer if it tastes awful or is ridiculously bitter, if that's the case I'll go with vodka, bourbon, rum, or something else.

which is what? to get drunk? the alcohol content of most us beers are very low compared to say wine or liquor and many of them taste better.so if your looking to get drunk, there are better options

so no,the only logical reason for beer is the taste and there are some that do taste good(they're just harder to find)

Because of its dramatic short-term effects, creatine is often confused with anabolic steroids. Unlike steroids, which artificially increase testosterone levels, creatine is a naturally occurring nutrient. Steroids are illegal, but creatine is widely available without a prescription. Common side effects of steroids, such as acne, male breast development and mood swings, have not been observed with creatine use. Creatine supplementation is allowed, even in athletic organizations with typically stringent doping regulations like the National Collegiate Athletic Association and the International Olympic Committee.

Creatine can cause side effects ranging from mild to extremely serious and dangerous. Creatine can cause nausea, cramping and an upset stomach. Since creatine absorbs water from cells, which therefore raises the water mass of the muscles, it can also cause dehydration and obesity. Creatine dehydration can also lead to depression and anger issues. Some more serious creatine side effects include kidney and gastrointestinal disorders, as well as severe anxiety, acne and even male breast development.

How is beer cheaper? It has a lower alcohol content, which means you have to drink more. You can buy a 30 for $15. You can also buy a big thing of liquor and whatever you want to mix it with for $15. And it gets you pretty much the same amount.

I'm not following you're logic here.

We're talking about 30 packs of beer, right? I didn't realize there was that big of a discrepency in price for it. I heard the ones in NYC are barely more expensive than the ones here (Rochester, NY).

But regardless, I would assume that the price of beer and liquor would correlate accordingly.

I gotta admit that ATL's first argument about fat is fairly weak. However, the acidity one is true. Although that is the case, it will not cause for the bone to lose calcium by itself. By reducing intake of other food and/or drinks that are high on acid, then you have more room for milk. Fat, cholesterol, protein, calcium, everything we eat are fine. The only thing most of us ignore is discipline through moderation.

Sure that there are great studies that proves that high intake of red meat can lead to highest risk of diseases, but through moderation, you'll be fine.

Even my professors who are doctors, they recommend you to eat anything you want as long as you control yourself.

Like you said though, moderation rarely exists in people.

Off-topic. I hate it when people who are eating unhealthy or not in great shape when they're trying to be, and they use the excuse, "oh, it's okay in moderation" when they eat something bad. Yeah, like you have any idea what moderation is.

I feel like 99% of people in this country have no idea what healthy even is, and just go off of what the media says, or what the latest popular diet is.

You don't drink beer for the taste, well most of the time.

I ONLY drink beer for the taste. Beer is probably the most complex and interesting tasting beverage around

I am a food and beverage snob, I def won't deny that. To be fair, by beverage snobbiness only extends to beer, nothing else
