I'm watching this for the first time, a little confused. But I'm enjoying this a lot.

I started watching in the middle of this episode, but I guess the general concept is that Bobby Flay assists in the two days before the grand opening of a restaurant. I don't really get it, because he's pretty much creating everything from scratch. How can a restaurant JUST be coming up with their recipes/menus two days before opening? How can you even promote your restaurant if there isn't any substance?

Anyways, this current episode has been pretty decent so far. It's of some sort of chicken finger joint. I'm not sure of this one guy's role, John, but he is a tool. I can't see this place making it.

Anyone else watch this yet?
