Not surprising, Super Bowl 43 and the 2008 season should teach the NFL that the Referee's need lot's of work. They are old, slow, inaccurate and to be honest always screw up something. All fans will agree. NFL needs to figure out a way to govern the game to it's best ability.

referees do need a lot of work..however, the site only showed one shot..if they want more credibility, they need multiple snap shots and ive already seen the pics of both feet down..

It's time to move on. The Cardinals lost and it hurts but seriously theres nothing that can change the outcome of the game now.

Sorry but everytime I see that block in the back no call on the Harrison TD I wanna microwave a puppy.

you can't tell where the ball is in that photo...for all you know he could have already dragged the toe and been falling...i can find a picture with two feet solid on the ground without showing anything above his shins and argue that both feet are clearly down. it was a great catch and an even better game.

No doubt. I believe Santonio had both feet in and it was a great catch. This game had me standing from the end of the third quarter till Warners phantom fumble that ended the game.

Like Wolf said on KTAR sports Phoenix...that call is never getting made in any NFL game...It wasn't a classic block in the back.

I actually have no idea how they called that a TD. I could clearly see that Holmes right foot was an inch and a half off the ground from every possible angle. Oh well. If I was a Cards fan I'd be pissed. No one should talk down to Cardinals fans for being pissed. They got screwed pretty hard. Not to mention that Holmes should have been flagged 15 yards for the celebration. That call was made EVERY time this year.

I do, the proof is right there. It was a great game, but the Steelers won fair and square.

There is a shot on NFL network's Starting 11 that I saw today and really quickly I was like "oh snap that looked like the feet were not down". Well can't go back in time.

can't tell if he even has the ball yet in that picture man...Games over whats done is done...you gotta admit tho that the cards should have had that last shot at the endzone from the 30 (after the helmet was taken off for celebration).

Seriously shut up..if they didn't get it then then it would have been just third down. Which means at least one maybe two more tries. Do you honestly believe that the Cardinals D would have stopped them there. Its over..now give us Boldin please

i wouldn't say fair and square there bud...a lot of "missed" calls went pitts way in the game. the last two superbowls went that way for the steelers. and on that last drive i saw a **** load of steeler lineman holding like crazy, so don't say fair and square...

Take it from me (Seahawk fan who watched the officials hand the Steelers Super Bowl XL), that feeling won't go away anytime soon. You may be able to bury it for a while, but the smallest reminder will bring it right back to the surface. Bastards.

Word/rumor is that Philly is the front runner to get Boldin...Dan Patrick was talking about it today. Also hot on the rumors is the Cowboys cutting T.O. and possibly picking up Ray Lewis..

The Cards just cannot afford to pay two of their WR's 9 million each. Add Warner on top of that for another 8-10 million.

Cards are 40+ mill under the cap there big guy. They can afford it, especially after Fitz offered to restructure his contract to make it work.
Eagles want to dump lito and are playing the media to do it. no way boldin goes there. None

Philly has 2 first round picks so the word is that one and Lito may be coming to the Cards. Even if Fitz restructures his contract it doesn't mean he will play for less. Plus Boldin said this week it wasn't about the money...so how much will make him happy? 10 million can cure a lot of wounds...Are the Cards going to Pay Boldin 10 million and Fitz 10 million and Warner 10 million? Add that you also need a running back because Edge is gone and Hightower can not carry the load. Correct me if I'm wrong but JJ Harrington is also a free agent...

You see, 40 million under the cap isn't much when you have two 10 million dollar WR's, a 10 million dollar QB, and an unknown amount needing to go to a RB. Add Dansby in the mix as well..

$40 million what? LOL...

What the hell are you talking about? The two WR's are already under contract, so the Cards have $40 mil to use on Kurt Warner the draft and then whoever else they want, which is a ton.

Boldin is under contract but he isn't happy. Do you live in Phoenix?

Today on Bickley and MJ on Sports 910 they reported that agent for Boldin (Drew Rosenhaus) told the Cardinals that Boldin would not be accepting or even listening to any offers and that Boldin has once again requested a trade. It was breaking news around 5:30 pm today...

Boldin isn't backing down...stay tuned to the news as this will be in the papers in the morning. You will be talking about it tomorrow but I'm telling you today...

i remember a similar conversation last year involving larry fitzgerald. all you eagle fans were 100% convinced that fitz was going to be traded to the eagles for a 1st round pick and lito shepherd. we all know how that ended, i'll believe that boldin is going to the eagles when the deal is done.

If Boldin stays in AZ it is going to get T.O. type of ugly...He will not report to any camps, he will be vocal about wanting out, and eventually he will divide the locker room as some are going to want him gone and some are going to want him to stay.

An unhappy and divided locker room will cause the Cards to miss the playoffs...

Lol. i can't believe people are still talking about the Holmes catch.

All of the evidence that we've seen shows that both of his feet were on the ground after the catch, or so close that you couldn't overturn the call on the field. It's a touchdown.

As a cards fan, i'm very disappointed in the loss, but even more disappointed in how the fans have reacted to this.

We had a great run this season. Let it go.
